About the job:
We are looking for a person that want's to join our customer success team full time, and help build our extraordinary customer- and community service forward. The role can be flexible when it comes to face time and work hours.
Some of the things that you will do:
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, chats and emails from visitors and customers
- Act as an advisor (via chat) to our site visitors who need interior design help and guide them correctly in their purchasing decisions
- Participate in developing and optimizing our customer service
Who you are:
We are looking for you with an interest in furniture and interior design who loves to work with customers, advice and sales! We see that you can and like to work independently and that you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Having an aptitude for logical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset is a plus for understanding everything from the customer's needs to the finished product. We believe that you have experience of other jobs in customer support, sales and/or that you have an innate feeling for it and that you are driven by identifying customers' needs and helping them through advice, good service and customized offers! Swedish & english is mandatory and german is a merit.
The role will be appointed as soon as possible, however no later than in January 2022.
