As Head of Business Development, you will be a vital part of the Reforma team. You will analyze, set goals and project lead execution of areas developing and improving our business. The role will be both strategic and operational and thus broad, business-critical and involve responsibility across our entire operation.

- Data & Financial analysis
- Sourcing & Logistics
- Strategic Partnerships
- Team Management
The role will involve responsibility within growing our sales and managing our team members and is expected to be a vital and driving part of the management team of Reforma.
Your skills and background
- You have at least 2 years relevant work experience from fast growing b2c companies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analysis into actions that you can implement in your team
- Hands-on mentality is a must
- Sales driven and has a strong commercial awareness
- Have a strategic mindset and motivation to reach your goals
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Business or Economics
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both in writing and speech

You are motivated by working both strategically and operationally and have a large amount of positive energy. Further more, you thrive in a start-up environment and enjoy working in a broad role with close cooperation with the rest of the team. In order to be successful at Reforma, you must be entrepreneurial, motivated by growth and sustainability as well as having excellent communication skills in speech and writing (Swedish and English).
The role will be appointed as soon as possible, however no later than in January 2022.
